Decker & Planck Drink From DIRT Cup After Advance Series Wins At The Wheels

Billy Decker successfully defended his title for a second straight year and Dale Planck scored his first-ever victory at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park as they each captured a leg of the Dig Safely New York 28th Annual DIRT Challenge Cup Advance Auto Parts Super DIRT Series event presented by Ferris Mowers on Sunday evening at the ‘Fast Track.’ The twin 50-lap Big-Block Modified feature races awarded the winners $3,000 each as well as valuable points in the 25-race Advance Auto Parts Series that culminates with the crowning of the overall Hoosier Tire Mr. DIRTcar Champion for a 33rd straight year in October.

FIVE 1st Place Finishes this Weekend for Team Gypsum
This weekend was a wild ride for the Gypsum Team as it all started on Saturday night with Pat Ward taking 1st at Five Mile after Fonda rained out. At the same time up north at Can-Am Larry Wight lead the pack of 358s to take 1st, with Billy Decker grabbed the checkered for the BB Modifieds. Sunday saw more of the same with Pat Ward in the winners circle at Utica Rome and Billy Decker successfully defended his title for the wecond straight year by capturing a leg of the Dig Safely NY 28th Annual DIRT Challenge Cup Series event at Rolling Wheels.
